Address
A single address is used for all correspondence, membership applications, data protection requests, and press and cooperation enquiries.
Seat of the association
Turkish Arbitrators Association Mustafa Kemal Mah. Dumlupınar Bulvarı No: 274/7 Mahall Ankara B Blok No: 105 Çankaya / Ankara, Türkiye
The association is seated in Ankara. The address of the seat may be changed within the same province by decision of the board, such change being notified to the competent authorities in accordance with the applicable legislation. Moving the seat to another province requires a decision of the general assembly.
Membership applications
Applications may be made through the online form on the membership page, or by downloading the form from that page, completing and signing it, and sending it to the address of the association. The board decides on an application within thirty days at the latest.
Data protection requests
Requests concerning the rights listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Act no. 6698 may be submitted in writing to the seat of the association, or by registered electronic mail, in accordance with the procedure set out in the privacy notice. Requests are concluded within thirty days at the latest.
Complaints and disciplinary notifications
Complaints and reports alleging that a member has acted contrary to the Statutes, to the ethical principles or to binding decisions of the organs of the association may be submitted in writing to the board or directly to the disciplinary committee. Information and documents obtained in the course of disciplinary examinations are kept confidential.
